Check your Zomato and Swiggy payout
Upload the Zomato Settlement Report or the Swiggy Invoice Annexure, and your bank statement if you have it. Every order's cuts are checked line by line.
What the restaurant payout check does
Upload the weekly statement Zomato or Swiggy sends you: the Zomato Settlement Report or the Swiggy Invoice Annexure. Add your bank statement to confirm each payout arrived, and your order history to find orders that were never paid. Veritally reads every order line by line: sales, commission, fees, GST on fees, GST under section 9(5), TDS, ads and complaint cuts.
Files are read on your phone or laptop. Only the numbers the check needs are sent: order IDs, outlet IDs, dates, statuses and amounts. Customer names, addresses and phone numbers are never read, and we never ask for your partner app login.
The first check is free and shows what doesn't add up. To unlock the order numbers and ready-to-send claims you pay 10% of the money found with strong evidence, never more than ₹4,999 a check and nothing under ₹200.
Veritally is independent and not affiliated with Zomato or Swiggy.
What it checks
- Commission charged above your usual rate
- Payment, platform and other fees, and the 18% GST on them
- GST under 9(5) and TDS, kept apart as tax, not loss
- Ads, Hyperpure and other deductions taken from the payout
- Complaint cuts, recoveries and held orders
- Each weekly payout against your bank, by UTR
Which files does the restaurant check read?
The Zomato Settlement Report (order level and the addition and deduction details) and the Swiggy Invoice Annexure (summary, all orders, unresolved complaints and other charges), in Excel. Bank statements from the major Indian banks are read too.
Is the GST deducted under 9(5) a loss?
No. Under section 9(5) the platform pays the customer's 5% GST to the government itself, so it is passed on, not lost. The 18% GST on the platform's fees is different: if you are GST-registered it may be input credit. Ask your CA what applies to you.
