Service Delivery Policy

Veritally is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically.

How the service is delivered

  • Pay per check: the check you paid for is unlocked in your Veritally account as soon as we have confirmed your payment with Razorpay, usually within a minute. It stays unlocked in your account, on any device you sign in on. A check that costs nothing (orders already paid for, the month's Rs 499 reached within its first 2,500 orders, or we found less than the price) is unlocked straight away.
  • Growth and Pro plans: your month starts as soon as we have confirmed your payment with Razorpay (a renewal starts when the month you already paid for ends; moving up from Growth to Pro starts at once). Every check you upload during the month is unlocked as it is processed, up to the plan's orders.
  • Results: each report you upload is checked in seconds and the result is shown on screen and kept in your account.
  • Invoices: available in your account after each payment.
  • Business & Agency plan and investigation help: delivered as set out in your written quotation.

If something doesn't arrive

If you paid but your check is not unlocked within 30 minutes, write to [email protected] or +91 96065 74521 with your Razorpay payment ID. We will unlock it, or refund you in full if we cannot fix it within 2 working days, as described in our Fees, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
