Prices include everything; no GST is added. A calendar month runs on India time, and the ₹499 limit on your first 2,500 orders resets on the 1st. Growth and Pro last one month and don't renew by themselves. You're charged only the price shown when you press pay.
An order is paid for once, per seller account and marketplace. Re-uploads, later settlement lines, refunds and re-checks of an order you've paid for are free. Orders counted under a Growth, Pro or Seller plan stay free.

How much does Veritally cost?
The preview of any report is free. To unlock a check (order numbers, claim text and tracking) you pay ₹0.25 for each new order in it, with a ₹25 minimum. Your first 2,500 orders in a calendar month never cost more than ₹499 together, and if we find less money than the price, the check unlocks free. Bigger sellers can take Growth (₹1,999 a month, up to 10,000 orders) or Pro (₹4,999 a month, up to 30,000 orders), and agencies can ask for a Business & Agency quote.
What is a new order?
An order you have never paid for before, per seller account and marketplace. Upload the same orders again, or a later report with the same orders, and those orders are free. Historical orders you upload for the first time are new.
Why is there a ₹25 minimum?
Every payment has a fixed cost to process, so a check with a handful of orders costs ₹25. Checking a month of reports in one go is cheapest: 100 new orders cost ₹25, 1,000 cost ₹250.
What happens when I reach ₹499 in a month?
Further checks that calendar month unlock free until you have paid for 2,500 orders in the month. After that, each new order is ₹0.25 again. The count starts again on the 1st of the next month. If you regularly sell more than 2,500 orders a month, Growth or Pro usually costs less.
What are Growth and Pro?
Monthly plans for bigger sellers. Growth is ₹1,999 for one month with up to 10,000 orders; Pro is ₹4,999 for one month with up to 30,000 orders. Every check is unlocked as you upload it, with no payment per check, for one account per marketplace. They don't renew by themselves. Moving up from Growth to Pro starts at once.
What does 'free if we find less' mean?
Before you pay, we show you the money we found with strong evidence. If that is less than the price, the check unlocks free. You never pay more for a check than it found.
Is there a subscription, wallet or auto-debit?
No. You pay once per check, or once for a month of Growth or Pro, through Razorpay (UPI or card). There is no subscription to cancel, no wallet balance to use up and nothing is ever charged automatically.
I bought the Seller plan earlier. What happens?
Your paid month keeps working exactly as bought until it ends. After that, you pay per check or choose Growth or Pro. Orders counted under your plan stay free.
Is GST added?
No. The price shown is the total; Veritally is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
Do you take a commission on money I recover?
No. You pay for the check or the plan, never a share of what you recover.
