Each order is traced from the store to the gateway or courier to your bank, and marked matched, short or missing, with the evidence for each gap.

Recover and track
You get claims ready to send to the gateway or courier, and every claim is tracked until the money shows up in a later report.
A read-only Shopify app is in development. Until then, the standard Shopify orders export is all we need from your store.

Questions brands ask
Is there a Shopify app?
It's in development. During early access the leak scan works with the standard Shopify orders export, so there is nothing to install. When the app launches it will be read-only and will not ask for customer names, phone numbers, emails or addresses.
Do you support WooCommerce, Magento or a custom store?
Not yet. Veritally for Brands is built only for Shopify, so we can go deep on Shopify orders, payments and refunds. If you run another platform, tell us in the form and we will let you know if that changes.
Do you need our Razorpay, Shiprocket or bank login?
No. You download the reports and share them with us. We never ask for passwords and we cannot move money.
Which gateways and couriers do you cover?
We are starting with Razorpay, Cashfree and PayU settlements, and Shiprocket and Delhivery remittance and billing reports. Using another provider? Tell us in the form and we will include it in your leak scan.
What does the free leak scan show?
Upload one month of reports and see how much is missing, by category: for example, COD remittances short, settlements missing or freight overcharged, with the total for each. The order-by-order detail, the evidence and ready claims come with a paid plan.
What if the first month doesn't find much?
If your first paid month finds less money than its fee, your next month is free.
How is this different from my shipping or payment dashboard?
Each dashboard shows its own slice: the gateway shows its settlements, the courier shows its remittances. Veritally checks across them, from what the store sold to what reached your bank.
What does it cost after the leak scan?
Brand is ₹4,999 a month for up to 5,000 orders. Larger brands choose Scale: from ₹9,999 a month plus 5% of the money recovered, charged only once it is credited. The first 10 paying brands keep their price for 12 months.
Is this the same Veritally that marketplace sellers use?
Same team, same privacy approach, same checking engine. Veritally for Sellers is self-serve for Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon sellers. Veritally for Brands is for D2C brands, with a free leak scan and monthly plans.
