Questions sellers ask
When does Meesho pay suppliers?
Meesho pays on a 7-day cycle from delivery, so the money usually arrives about 8 days after an order is delivered. Check your Supplier Panel for your own cycle.
When does Flipkart pay sellers?
Flipkart pays sellers 7 to 10 days after an order is dispatched.
When does Amazon India pay sellers?
Amazon holds the money for 7 days after delivery (the DD+7 rule), then pays it in the next scheduled transfer. Allow up to about 3 weeks from delivery.
When does Shiprocket remit COD?
On the standard plan, 8 working days after delivery, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Early COD plans pay sooner, for a fee.
My payout is late. What should I do?
First check what was actually paid against your orders. Veritally does that free for Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon payouts, and for Shiprocket COD remittances on Shopify, and gives you a claim ready to send for anything missing.
What do you do with my email?
We email you once, on the day the payout should have arrived, with a link to cancel. We keep only your email, who pays you and the two dates, and delete them within 90 days of sending.
