Flipkart seller payment pending?

Flipkart pays sellers 7 to 10 days after an order is dispatched. If your settlement is later than that, or smaller than your orders, find the orders that weren't settled before you raise a ticket.

Why a Flipkart payment is late or short

The order was cancelled or returned after dispatch, so it was reversed.
Fees, shipping or penalties were deducted from the settlement, so it arrived short.
Bank account or KYC details in Seller Hub need verification, which can hold payments.
The settlement was split across two NEFT transfers, so one bank credit looks short.
A bank holiday moved the transfer.

What to do, step by step

1In Seller Hub, open Payments and download the settled transactions report for the dates in question.
2Look up each order item ID you expected and check whether it shows a settlement and a NEFT ID.
3Match the NEFT ID to your bank statement to confirm the money arrived.
4For an order dispatched more than 10 days ago with no settlement, raise a ticket in Seller Hub with the order item ID and dispatch date.
