Meesho payment not received?

Meesho pays suppliers on a 7-day cycle from delivery, so money for a delivered order usually arrives about 8 days later. If it's later than that, or the amount is short, check which orders were left out before you raise a ticket.

Why a Meesho payment is late or short

The order isn't marked delivered yet, so its 7-day cycle hasn't started.
The order was returned or went back to origin (RTO), so there is nothing to pay, or a return charge was taken.
Penalties, recoveries or claim adjustments were taken from the payout, so it arrived short.
Bank, GST or PAN details on the Supplier Panel need attention, which can hold payments.
A bank holiday or weekend moved the transfer by a day or two.

What to do, step by step

1Open the Supplier Panel, go to Payments, and download the payments report for the dates you're unsure about.
2Find the sub-order numbers you expected to be paid and check their status: delivered, returned or RTO.
3Compare the payout with your bank statement by its UTR to confirm what actually arrived.
4For a delivered order with no payment after the cycle, raise a ticket in the Supplier Panel with the sub-order number and delivery date.

How many days does Meesho take to pay?

Meesho pays on a 7-day cycle from delivery, so about 8 days after an order is delivered. Your Supplier Panel shows your own cycle.

Why is my Meesho payment less than expected?

Usually because of returns, RTO charges, penalties or recoveries taken from the payout. Veritally's free check lists every deduction against your orders and flags ones that look wrong.

Where do I raise a Meesho payment ticket?

In the Supplier Panel, under Support, choose the payments topic and give the sub-order numbers and dates.
