Shiprocket COD remittance not received?

Shiprocket remits cash on delivery 8 working days after delivery, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (Early COD plans pay sooner, for a fee). If a remittance is later than that, or short, check it parcel by parcel against your orders and bank.

Why a Shiprocket payment is late or short

The parcel isn't marked delivered yet, or is in RTO, so there's no COD to remit.
Freight, RTO or weight-dispute charges were recovered from the COD, so the remittance arrived short.
Early COD fees were taken, if the plan is on.
KYC or bank details need attention in Shiprocket settings, which can hold remittances.
A remittance day fell on a holiday, moving it to the next Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

What to do, step by step

1In Shiprocket, open Billing, then COD Remittance, and download the remittance details for the dates in question.
2Export Orders for the same dates: it shows each AWB's COD amount, delivery date and remittance (CRF ID and UTR).
3Match each UTR to your bank statement to confirm the money arrived.
4For a delivered COD parcel not remitted after 8 working days, raise a ticket in Shiprocket with the AWB and delivery date.
