Seller support ticket format that gets answered: Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon
By the Veritally team · Updated · 4 min read
Quick answer
A ticket that gets answered says five things in five short lines: what went wrong, the order numbers, the dates, what you want done, and what you have attached. Support teams act on specifics; long stories and angry wording slow them down.
Key points
- One problem per ticket. Mixing a payment issue with a return issue sends it to the wrong team.
- List every order number on its own line, exactly as it appears in your report.
- Ask for one clear action: release the payment, reverse the charge, share the breakup, approve the claim.
- Attach the proof the team needs: the report line, tracking, a weighed-parcel photo or the unboxing video.
- Ask for the reply in writing on the ticket, so you have a record.
The five-line format
- What went wrong: "These orders were delivered but not paid."
- The numbers: one order number per line.
- The dates: delivery, dispatch or payout dates.
- What you want: "Please release the payment" or "Please reverse the return charge".
- What's attached: "Payments report and tracking screenshots attached."
Example: delivered but not paid (Meesho)
Hello Meesho Support, The following sub-orders were delivered more than 8 days ago but have not been paid: - 1234567890_1 - 1234567891_1 Please check and release the payment, or tell me the reason it is on hold. The payments report is attached. Please reply on this ticket in writing. Thank you.
(Example order numbers.)
Example: return charge on a delivered order (Flipkart)
Hello Flipkart Seller Support, A return charge was applied on these order item IDs, but tracking shows them as delivered to the customer: [IDs]. Please reverse the return charges and pay the order value. Tracking screenshots are attached.
Example: payout less than expected (Amazon)
Hello Amazon Seller Support, The settlement for [dates] is lower than expected. The fees on these order IDs look incorrect: [IDs]. Please share the breakup of each fee and refund any fee applied in error.
Where to raise it
| Marketplace | Usually |
|---|---|
| Meesho | Supplier Panel, Support, then the payments or returns topic |
| Flipkart | Seller Hub, Help and Support, raise a ticket |
| Amazon India | Seller Central, Help, Get support |
| Shiprocket or courier | Your panel's Support section, or your account manager by email |
Menus change from time to time. If a name looks different, look for Support, Help or Payments.

Frequently asked questions
Should I write my ticket in Hindi or English?
Either works. Keep order numbers and terms like AWB, RTO and sub-order exactly as they appear in your panel so the agent can search them.
How many orders can I put in one ticket?
As many as share the same problem. If the list is long, attach the report with those rows highlighted and list the first few in the message.
What if support closes the ticket without fixing it?
Reply on the same ticket with the order numbers and proof again, and ask for the reason in writing. Keep a note of the ticket number and date.
