WordPress plugin · For Indian WooCommerce stores

Find the COD and Razorpay money that never reached your bank.

Veritally for WooCommerce matches every order to your gateway settlements, your courier’s COD remittances and your bank, and shows what never arrived, with the claim written for you. Read-only. Your customers’ details never leave your store.

Free leak scan · No card · No API keys · Coming to the WordPress.org plugin directory

Veritally inside WooCommerce: the leak scan shows money that didn't reach the store, by type

Where WooCommerce money slips away

Your money passes through several hands before it reaches the bank: the gateway for prepaid orders, the courier for cash on delivery. Each hand can keep a little.

COD delivered, never remitted

The courier collected the cash and marked the parcel delivered, but the remittance never came, or came short.

Prepaid orders never settled

The customer paid by UPI or card, the gateway took the money, and the settlement for that order never reached you, or was lower.

Courier charges that don't add up

A heavier weight slab than the parcel, freight charged twice, return freight on a delivered parcel, or a COD fee on a prepaid order.

Payouts that didn't land in the bank

A settlement or remittance reported as paid, with a reference that never shows in your bank statement.

Three steps, inside WordPress

  1. 1

    Install and connect

Add the plugin, open WooCommerce > Veritally and connect. No passwords, no API keys, nothing to configure.

  2. 2

    Read orders, add two reports

Veritally reads your orders inside WordPress. Add your Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU settlement report and your Shiprocket or courier COD report.

  3. 3

    See what's missing, then claim

The leak scan shows the total for free. A plan shows every order and a claim message for your gateway or courier.

A paid plan shows every order behind each gap with a claim message

Safe by design

Built so you can say yes without asking your developer.

  • Read-only: Veritally never changes your store, orders or settings.
  • Only order number, date, amounts, refunds, status and payment method leave your store. Never customer names, phones, emails or addresses.
  • Your gateway, courier and bank reports are read in your browser, and customer details are removed before anything is sent.
  • Every request from your site is signed with a secret only your site holds. Disconnect or uninstall any time; uninstalling removes everything the plugin stored.

Simple plans, paid in advance

The leak scan is free. Pick a plan by your orders when you want every order and the claims; a year costs the same as 10 months. Nothing renews by itself, and if the first check on your first plan finds nothing, you get your money back.

Guides for WooCommerce stores

Questions store owners ask

Is Veritally for WooCommerce free?

The plugin and the leak scan are free: you see how much money is missing, by type. To see every order behind it and get the claim messages, pick a plan by your orders: Lite is ₹499 a month for up to 300 orders a month, Starter ₹999 for up to 1,500, and Growth ₹2,499 for up to 5,000, paid in advance; a year costs the same as 10 months. Nothing renews by itself.

What if a plan finds nothing?

Then you get your money back. If the first check you run with your store's first plan finds no missing money, ask us within 7 days of paying and we refund it in full.

Does Veritally see my customers' details?

No. The plugin sends only order numbers, dates, amounts, status and payment method. Reports you add are read in your browser and customer details are removed before anything is sent.

Which payment gateways and couriers does it check?

Razorpay, Cashfree and PayU settlements; Shiprocket orders, shipping charges and weight discrepancy reports; Delhivery and other courier COD remittance reports; and your bank statement.

Do I need to share an API key or password?

No. You connect from inside WordPress with one click. The plugin keeps its own secret on your server and signs every request.

Will it slow down my store?

No. It runs only when you open the Veritally page in your WordPress admin, and adds nothing to your shop's pages.

Where do I get it?

Download the plugin from this page and upload it in WordPress under Plugins > Add Plugin > Upload Plugin. It is also coming to the WordPress.org plugin directory. Our set-up guide shows each step with pictures.
