Questions people ask before they pick
Is it one account or several?
One company, one promise, separate doors. Marketplace sellers, brands and restaurants each have their own check, so results never mix. The Enterprise and CA dashboards each have their own sign-in on their own address, so a firm's staff and a business's team only ever see what they were given.
I sell on Meesho and also have a Shopify store. Which one?
Both: use the seller check for your marketplace payouts and Veritally for brands for your store. They are separate because the money moves differently.
When should a seller move to Enterprise?
When more than one person works on your payouts, or you want your CA to see your checks with roles and a log of who saw what. Everything the seller check does carries over.
What does a CA firm pay?
Nothing. The CA dashboard is free for firms. Each client pays only on their own checks.
What if a marketplace rejects a claim?
Mark the claim rejected with the marketplace's ticket or reply number. After a 14-day check, the part of your fee for that claim is refunded to your payment method.
