Swiggy payment not received?

Swiggy emails a payout annexure each time it releases a payout, and you can download it in the partner app under past payouts. If an order is missing, look first at the Unresolved customer complaints tab: those orders are held, not lost, and are paid in the next cycle once you act on the complaint. Then match the UTR on the Summary tab to your bank.

Settlement days and rates differ by outlet and contract: your own agreement is what counts. Updated 5 November 2026.

Common reasons

  • The order is on the Unresolved customer complaints tab, held until you act on the complaint.
  • An ad from an earlier week was carried forward and settled from this payout.
  • A complaint refund you accepted, or one that expired, was taken from the order.
  • Your share of a cancelled order was taken under your cancellation policy.
  • An order was charged a higher commission than your contract.

What to do, step by step

  1. 1Open the payout email or the app's past payouts and download the annexure as Excel.
  2. 2On the Summary tab, note the amount and the UTR, and find that credit in your bank statement.
  3. 3On Unresolved customer complaints, act on each complaint in the app so the order is paid next cycle.
  4. 4On Order Level, check each order's commission % against your contract and its complaint and cancellation cuts.
  5. 5On Other charges and deductions, confirm every ad and purchase, and note what was settled now and what is still outstanding.

Questions owners ask

Why is an order missing from this week's Swiggy payout?

Look at the Unresolved customer complaints tab. Orders with a complaint you haven't acted on are held; once you resolve it in the app, Swiggy pays them in the next cycle.

Why was an ad deducted this week that I ran last week?

When a week's earnings don't cover your ads, Swiggy carries the balance forward. The Other charges and deductions tab shows the amount settled now and what is still outstanding.

What TDS does Swiggy deduct?

TDS under section 194-O, at 0.1% since 1 October 2024.

Do I need to give Veritally my Swiggy login?

No. You download your own annexure and upload it. Customer details are removed on your phone.
