Payout help · Zomato
Zomato payout not received?
Zomato pays restaurants on a pay-out cycle, usually weekly (daily on some contracts), and sends a Settlement Report for each one. If the money hasn't arrived or looks short, find the Bank UTR on the report's Summary tab, look for that credit in your bank, then check the Order Level and Addition/ Deduction Details tabs to see what was taken out.
Settlement days and rates differ by outlet and contract: your own agreement is what counts. Updated 5 November 2026.
Common reasons
- The pay-out cycle hasn't closed yet: your contract decides the cycle and the settlement day.
- Ads, Hyperpure or other restaurant-level deductions were taken in Addition/ Deduction Details, so the payout arrived smaller.
- Customer compensation, delivery charge recovery or promo recovery was taken on some orders.
- An order was charged a higher service fee % than your contract.
- An adjustment from a previous week was carried into this one.
What to do, step by step
- 1Download this week's Settlement Report as Excel from the payouts section of your partner dashboard.
- 2On the Summary tab, note the Net Pay-out and the Bank UTR, and find that credit in your bank statement.
- 3On the Order Level tab, check each order's Settlement status and Order level Payout, and that Service fee divided by Commissionable value is your contract rate.
- 4On Addition/ Deduction Details, confirm every ad and Hyperpure line is one you agreed to.
- 5Raise anything that doesn't match with Zomato partner support, with the order IDs, the report period and the Bank UTR.

Questions owners ask
How often does Zomato pay restaurants?
Usually weekly, and daily on some contracts. Your own agreement and partner dashboard show your cycle and settlement day.
Why is my Zomato Net Pay-out not the sum of the order payouts?
Because ads, Hyperpure, TDS 194H refunds and adjustments from previous weeks are restaurant-level lines in Addition/ Deduction Details, not order lines.
Is the GST under section 9(5) money I lost?
No. It is the GST your customer paid, which Zomato pays to the government on your behalf. It goes in and comes out on the same order.
Do I need to give Veritally my Zomato login?
No. You download your own Settlement Report and upload it. Customer details are removed on your phone.
